How to Order

Purchasing A Loose Diamond

When purchasing a loose diamond, you have the option to select the stone shape, size, clarity and carat. These selections represent the minimum specifications of your diamond. If we are unable to source a diamond that meets both your selected criteria and our stringent quality assurance standards, we will upgrade your diamond at no additional cost. 

Example: 

If you select a 1.5 carat, D colour, VVS2 clarity diamond and we can not find a stone that passes our quality standards and meets these exact specification for the shape you have selected, you may received an upgraded diamond such as a 1.6 carat, D colour, VVS2 or a 1.5 carat, D colour, VVS1 diamond. 

Diamond Selection Options:

You choose the diamond 

  • Add a note to your order asking to approve the diamond before it’s finalised.
  • We will provide high-quality videos and photos in various lighting and details about the diamond for your review. 

We choose the diamond 

  • If you prefer to trust our expertise, simply proceed with your order through the website, specifying the desired shape, size, clarity and carat weight. 
  • We will source a diamond that meets your criteria, inspect it, and email you with an estimated delivery time. 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to source and inspect diamonds. 

Purchasing A Ring

We offer two options for purchasing a ring. You can either choose a ring from our collection, or create a custom design.

Selecting from our website:

  • Add your chosen ring setting and diamond shape to your cart
  • Specify your ring size and let us know if you want to approve the diamond or see CAD designs before production starts.
  • Each ring is custom-made, so the process (including sourcing the diamond, designing, and manufacturing) can take up to 6 weeks. We will notify you once your order is on its way. We will also notify you if there are going to be any delays. We will communicate promptly with you.

Important: If you wish to approve the diamond selected for your ring, or make changes, you must notify us when placing your order. Failure to do so means we may proceed with sourcing and manufacturing without your approval. 

Custom designed rings:

  • For a truly unique piece, please contact us directly to discuss your vision. Our team will work closely with you to bring your design to life. 

Price, Duties and Taxes

All prices are quoted in NZD or USD. Please note that local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply to your order, depending on your location. PHF Limited (Henry Francis) reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

Ordering:

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Your order is an offer to buy the product at the price shown when you submit it. PHF Limited (Henry Francis) can accept or reject your offer at its discretion. 
  • You’ve reviewed your order details carefully. Cancellations may not be possible once your order is accepted. 
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete. 

Order Confirmation:

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging we have received your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted by PHF Limited (Henry Francis), even if payment is made. 

All orders are subject to acceptance by PHF Limited (Henry Francis). PHF Limited (Henry Francis) is not obligated to accept your order and may decline it at their discretion. By completing the checkout process, you agree to fulfill your payment obligation if your order is accepted. 

Reasons for order rejection or cancellation:

PHF Limited (Henry Francis) may reject or cancel your order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • The name on the order does not match the payment method or credit card used
  • Payment is declined or flagged as potentially fraudulent
  • The credit card used has expired
  • The product is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable
  • An incorrect price or product description was displayed due to a technical error
  • Events beyond our control, such as supply chain disruptions

If your order is cancelled, PHF Limited (Henry Francis) will notify you promptly 

Availability 

All items are subject to availability. If your product becomes unavailable after you place your order, PHF Limited (Henry Francis) will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund. 

Overdue Payments

If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, your order may be cancelled. For uncollected goods, PHF Limited (Henry Francis) reserves the right to recover associated costs or resell the item. 

Return of Goods

Due to the custom nature of our products, PHF Limited (Henry Francis) does not accept returns unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect. Please review the returns and warranty policy for further information. 

General:

By placing an order with PHF Limited (Henry Francis), you agree to the terms and conditions. PHF Limited (Henry Francis) reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
